Data protection

By using the voluntary additional option to upload your compliant data (copy of identity card, business registration, extract from the commercial register), you consent to the data being collected, processed and used by us for the purpose of initiating and concluding the contract. Furthermore, our data protection provisions apply in addition to the use of the service.

Terms of use

Auktion & Markt AG reserves the right to impose further restrictions on the uploading of images and files. These restrictions may be of a technical nature (file sizes up to 5 MB and formats JPEG, PNG, PDF) or of a different nature (lack of rights, misuse). Any attempt to circumvent these restrictions is prohibited. Any inclusion of hyperlinks in documents or the insertion of such links in images is prohibited.
