A legend enters the next generation – and loses none of its spirit and class! The second generation of the Porsche 911 (G-Model) was launched in 1973 as the successor to the original Porsche 911. It was a 2+2-seater sports car and available in coupe, cabriolet (from 1983), Targa, and Speedster versions. The 911 was offered with the following engines: 2.7-3.0 liter gasoline engines (150-188 hp) and 2.7-3.2 liter gasoline engines (200-231 hp) in the 911 Carrera. The last Porsche 911 G-Model rolled off the assembly line in 1989. Starting with the 1986 model year, Porsche extended the anti-perforation warranty from 7 to 10 years. These 911s continue to benefit from this improved corrosion protection to this day. Another innovation for 1986 were the improved anti-roll bars. This car is practically a must-have in every good garage!
This vehicle is a classic car that is many years old, with some noticeable signs of use and wear. In addition, more or less professional restoration, conversion, and paintwork may have been carried out, and a number of cosmetic and technical defects may be present.
