How to become part of the Autobid.de platform

To register with Autobid.de, you must first fulfill one requirement:
You run an active motor trade as your main business.

Please refer to the FAQ below for further requirements.

Compile documents

To register with Autobid.de, you need the following documents:

● Copy of the business registration
● Copy of the extract from the commercial register, if applicable
● Copy of the identity card of the owner/managing director/board of directors/personally liable partners
● If you come from a non-EU country and operate a company in an EU country, we also require a current residence permit and a certificate of residence that is not older than six months.

Please prepare these documents for upload on our registration page. Accepted file formats for uploading are JPG, PNG and PDF.

Enter data online & upload documents

To register, you must enter all the required information in the online form. Mandatory fields are marked with an asterisk.

Enter a contact person from your company under ‘Bidder data’. Select an imaginary pseudonym as your user name. Please bear in mind that this nickname will be visible when you submit your bid. After completing the form, upload your documents (or alternatively send them by fax/email) and tick the necessary checkboxes. Finally, send the completed form.

Complete registration

After you have sent the completed form, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us with a PDF document. Please sign and stamp this document and send it by e-mail to registrierung-autobid@auktion-markt.de or by fax to +49 611 44796-729. If you are based in an EU country, please send the document to EUregistrierung-autobid@auktion-markt.de.

Get access to all Autobid.de auctions

After checking your documents, you will receive your access data from us. For security reasons, this data will be sent in two separate e-mails. You are now activated as a bidder and can log in to Autobid.de with your access data and place bids within our open auctions.
